I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They were kind, considerate, and truly wonderful human beings. The location is perfect, as it is close to the airport and easily accessible by public transportation. Within only 15 minutes, I was able to reach the hotel using the local bus, which conveniently stopped right in front of the hotel. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient for those with impaired mobility. The cleanliness of the room surpassed my expectations, and the staff's friendliness added to the overall positive experience.

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Madrid. the staff provided excellent service, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive, with basic amenities and comfortable rooms, including a cozy bed for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the location in a calm neighborhood was a pleasant surprise, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, a great way to start the day.
